1. 2 months Recent Bank Statement (last 60 days)
2. Must have physical check
3. Account must be open 6 months or longer

1.  2 months Payroll Check Stub (last 60 days)
   1. Must be employed 6 months or longer
2. Social Security of Disability Rewards Letter 

1. Most recent Utility Bill (last 30 days) or
2. Lease or Rental Agreement

1. Valid MS Driver's License or ID
2. Social Security Card

In the event that your application is accepted, you will need to provide a blank check from your checking account, a MS state issued ID or Driver's License, your Social Security Card, and three personal References.  Upon receipt of all required information, a decision will be made within a few hours and you will be contacted via email or telephone number on the same day of application as long as it is received within our normal operating business hours.
